Ingredients :
200g Cream Cheese
20g Butter without salt
100g Pure yogurt
1 Lemon
75g sugar
10g Gelantin powder
water
100ml whipping cream
(Base)
5psc Digestive biscuit
20g Butter without salt
30g Sugar
Directory
1. Crumbled the digestive biscuit and blend with butter , mixed sugar into it.
2. Pour the mixture into the pan as the base of cake.
3. Bake it for few minutes .
4. Add 40g water to gelantin powder and aside it for few minutes then cook it till transparent color~
5. Mixed cream cheese,butter without salt ,pure yogurt ,lemon skin ,lemon juice, whipping cream and stir it
6. Pour the gelantin into it ,stir it and steam above the water.
7.Pour to the above of the digestive biscuit base.
8.Aside it until cooler and put inside the refrigerator for 4 hours .
